12 hour shifts and pregnant
Any other nurses doing night shift pregnant? I’m an lpn graduating with my rn in 35 days, and 6w6d today. We planned this pregnancy but lord I didn’t expect to struggle so much on night shift! The nausea has been no joke and I’m so tired all the time. I know that once I graduate it will be a little better, and I’m praying the nausea goes away in 2nd trimester, but dang. Any tips or tricks to help night shift?
