Is my almost 2 month old sleeping to much?

My daughter will be two months on the 9th of November. I feel like she’s okay but my mother in law always says she sleeps an awful lot all the time. Now I’m worried that I’m letting her sleep to much or something is wrong. I’m a first time mom, any advice would be greatly appreciated and helpful. Thanks!

Babies do sleep a lot at 2 months….they are growing! It does seem like they are sleeping all the time but they need to. Make the most of it as soon they will be fighting their naps!! Is she happy when she is awake?

Babies sleep a lot! They are growing! 
On average at 2m old, babies sleep about 14-17 hours a day. My daughter has always been at the high end of average for sleep! She still sleeps about 14hrs a day at 14m! She’s perfectly healthy!

My mother in law told me my son was sleeping too much. Then she told me passive aggressively through the baby...'they aren't letting you sleep are they?' 
My point is...don't listen to other people's advice. It will only make you feel crazy and like a horrible parent which I'm sure you aren't.
