Back pain
Alright I am 7 weeks today and I was walking when all of a sudden my lower back locked up and it’s super painful on my right lower side. I feel normal otherwise, hot water seems to help a little bit along with stretching but would this be sciatic nerve pain? I don’t wanna call my doctors office yet I did take Tylenol to see if it helps.
