Is this a tick bite? And should i be worried? I have a whole bunch around my legs i sleep with my dog too btw but they said tick bites are bad for pregnant women and i had them for a few days already! Should i be worried? 24 weeks btw

Tick bite usually has a tick in it, you have to remove it yourself. Yours doesn't, so I don't think it is a tick.

Honestly it could go either way. Ticks tend to stay attached for like 24 hours at least and then fall off. The bite then usually has a ring around it like a bulls eye (happened to my dog. Didn't know she was bit. After our walk we checked her and nothing was there. Two days later she had the typical bulls eye mark). However, when I got bit by a tick I caught it before he was engorged and had to pull him out. My bite looked exactly like the two pictures you posted. I live in an area where ticks have Lyme, among other diseases, so I don't play around with them. Especially since my dog who was bit ended up with Lyme and it was awful and I also know people with Lyme and dealing with it is super shitty. I would personally call the doctor and let them know. They can run blood tests if needed. Or they may tell you to just monitor yourself for a week or two and see if you start to feel unwell. But being pregnant I think they would be a little more proactive

ticks stay attached most times, so i wouldn’t say they’re ticks, but maybe another bug, possibly fleas or bed bugs?
