Hi! I’m pregnant with my 3rd

I found out at 3w2d! I’ve never tested so early before but I already had uterine cramping, and waves of nausea. I just really felt I was pregnant, so I tested and it was positive. (We we’re trying also)

I got my hcg tested on Wednesday at 3w6d and my dr started me on progesterone.

My last 2 pregnancies I’ve been SO sick but starting closer to 6 weeks. But again I already felt pregnant last week.

I came down with a cold on Thursday and have had a bad sore throat and I’m very congested. I think it’s a sinus infection.

Anyways- I hardly have symptoms now. I’ll get a small wave of nausea or gag when I brush my teeth. But that’s about it.

Is this likely a bad thing? Or with me being so early would it be normal for symptoms to have kinda gone away? I’m getting blood work done again tomorrow. But for peace of mind let me know your thoughts please.
