baby running fever

my baby is running a fever today i’ve been rotating tylenol and motrin all day long it went down and goes back up when the medicine wears off which I know is normal but her temp is now 102.7 should I take her to an urgent care or should I continue to give the medicine to break the fever? I really just hate going to urgent cares because it takes forever and I have a doctors app tmr she may have to miss day care and stay home with me i’ll call her doctor tmr to see if I could get her in to be seen.
