Get dizzy and head spins after driving??

So I’m like 6 weeks postpartum and my eyesight seems to have worsened. I noticed it’s kinda harder to drive like see road signs way up ahead and etc. lately I’ve been noticing after driving I come home dizzy, nauseous, eyes feel strained, and I have a headache. Is this related to the eyesight possibly? I’m thinking maybe it’s something temporary after having a baby or what? I think I had this with my first but it’s way more harder on me now and possibly gonna get glasses. But wondering if anyones had similar.
