How to heal?

Question

I was really trying to ease myself after TTC 2nd time that “Not pregnant” result is simply “OK” “WHATEVER RESULT SAYS, its gonna be fine” “If not this month MAYBE Next month”….. and then I got “POSITIVES” “PREGNANT”…
Just yesterday bled to death. Pain all over. Washed away my happiness and my Beloved baby 💔💔💔💔💔💔
My heart is shattered into pieces.

I’m so sorry you are going through this. After my first mc I had to take sometime to take care of myself before trying again. When you are ready, I found it very helpful to talk about my experience with friends, family and a therapist. I was surprised to find a lot more people in my life who had experienced something like this and it was definitely a supportive community. Healing takes time, don’t rush your grief. I am about a year out and there are still days I cry about it.
