Employer won’t let me vote tomorrow

Tomorrow is Election Day, and my employer won’t let me vote.

I am a citizen, I am not a felon, I have every right to vote (not saying felons shouldn’t vote I am just saying I am not a felon so my right hasn’t been revoked I think everyone should vote)

Is this illegal to deny someone their right to vote????? I am thinking of filing a report or suing.

MY EMPLOYERIS NOT GIVING ME TIME TO VOTE ON MY PERSONAL TIME- THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO VOTE. I WORK FULL TIME, 40

HOURS A WEEK

I CANNOT vote before work. I HAVE a CHILD and have to be at work at 9. I can’t vote AFTER work because my child has to eat dinner and I don’t get out until 5.

JUST TO CLSRIFY SINCE PEOPLE SEEM TO BE CONFUSED.

I AM NEVER OFF THE CLOCK. I AM A MOM AND HAVE A FULL TIME JOB. I DID NOT DO EARLY VOTING BECAUSE I AM NOT ELDERLY, EARLY VOTING IS ONLY FOR ELDERY AND HIGH RISK COVID.
