Scared

So I get seizures and my scans are normal so going to see a neurologist in two weeks but last Friday I had a seizure went to the hospital they gave me more pills because I ran out but a month ago but I asked the nurse if I would have to take my pills forever and she said yes or you’ll get another seizure and you can die. If had horrible anxiety ever since and have been scared and thinking about death and scared of it. What can I do I was perfectly fine before now I have horrible anxiety 😭😭😭
