Bleeding

Hi! I’m having some concerns about my masturbation. I’ve been using a vibrator for a few months now and recently starting having this problem. When I use my vibrator I like to orgasm a few times. The vibrator never goes inside of me but when I’m done I will go to the bathroom and there will be blood. Like spotting. Anyone else? How do I stop this? And what could be wrong? Thank you.
