❗️Abdominal Cramps and Nipple Pain with IUD❗️

Hey so I’ve had an iud (mirena) for almost a year now and this is the second time this has happened. I’ve gotten super hard and painful nipples that won’t go away and really intense abdominal cramps. I don’t get my period anymore so I’m assuming it’s like pms, but I’ve only gotten it twice that’s why it’s weird? Last time I thought I was pregnant so I took like 10 tests and even got an ultrasound to see if I had cysts. I do not. My mother has endometriosis and I got my cervix checked out because sometimes they can see it in abrasions or something idk. I don’t have that either. So if anyone has any information or experiences that would be so helpful.
