New Sex Partner Help !

Okay so I gave birth 3 months ago &’ me and my child’s father has been broken up for almost 4 or 5 months . I’ve been talking to a guy for almost a month now going on two &’ I think I might be ready to have sex with him being that there’s a possibility my child’s father and i may not get back together. I’m not sure if I should go through with it with the new guy or not . He’s aware that I’m nervous as well. What should I do ??
