Is it normal??

Any help for a first time mom who over thinks alot and is constantly worried. Is it normal at 38 weeks for your baby to not move around a whole lot and only feel her move a couple kicks a day would really appreciate the help instead of me rushing to the hospital and looking stupid if everything is normal.

No, worst case scenario always go to the hospital, it’s always better to be safe than sorry￼. Babies movements should not slow down so I definitely go get checked. You can’t even call your OB and see if they can get you in right away but if not, I will go get checked out worst case scenario they send you home.

Not normal, you should definitely get checked ASAP. There may be nothing wrong, but always best to check decreased fetal movement after 28wks. Go to L&D, you can always call ahead to see what they think too.

I would ask my doctor , honestly feel like the more weeks I’ve been , the more he’s been moving . I’m almost 34 weeks and he’s more active then ever . If you notice a pattern change , I would def ask about it

You won’t look stupid at all if everything is normal! Go to the hospital if you feel the baby moving less.

No. At no time during pregnancy should babys movement be slowed down. If you're only feeling her a couple times a day that is not okay. You need to go to l& d immediately. You're not going to look stupid if everything is okay. They don't care. I went probably 4 times by the end of my pregnancy.
