hi ftm here and have recently started ebf my 9 week old

its been about 4 weeks that ive been ebf and he has a lot of wet nappies and poos and is gaining weight fine . But he seems to want to bf almost every hour is that normal??? is anyone elses 9 week old doing the same thing??? i was worried he isnt geeting enough and tried to top up with formula but he doesnt want anything to do with it anymore 😟 but he is also starting to put hands in his mouth which i was told is hunger cue . pls help
