False positive

Can u get a false positive with first response I have 0 symptoms this is my 4th pregnancy I’ve always had nausea when I take a test or it starts a week later I had unprotected sex the only time in the past 6 months October 23 at midnight and I got a faint positive Nov 4th a positive Nov 7 and another Nov 9th plus a digital and another positive Nov 10 can these be false positives? I also had bad cramps and spotting Nov 8th
