Is this normal?

Hey guys, I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant. I found out super early at about 3 weeks. I went last Wednesday to the doctor and the it was a tiny sac 🥺. I have been having morning sickness since I found out and my breast are super tender. Today, I didn’t have any morning sickness at all. No signs of a MC. No bleeding, no pain but my stomach is really sore. Is this normal? I read somewhere that losing symptoms can be a sign. My breast are still sore, not as much but definitely still sore. Yesterday, I did have some cramping but it came and went. Today, I feel fine. Just no nausea so I’m a little concerned. Although, I’m happy cause that’s a miserable feeling..lol. I just want to know if anyone else has experienced losing symptoms? Referenced is the little tiny sac.
