Thanksgiving plans?

Hi mamas. Are you guys taking your babies to family thanksgivings? My LO will only be 2 weeks but I’m already stressing about the germs and him being handed around 😵‍💫

We are going to my husbands mothers house where it should only be us (family of 4), mother in law, father in law, and my husbands grandma. So very few people. I’ve expressed not wanting to be around many. My husband and son both had the flu 2 weeks ago and I’ve had bronchitis for 4 weeks. So this momma isn’t doing anymore illnesses if we can help it. Baby girl is too little to have to deal with germs. 
Im realistic with germs but also doing my best to protect her and this is how I know how to do it.

We live in a different state from both mine and my husbands family.  Husbands parents will be at my house for thanksgiving (c section scheduled nov 18 and MIL watching my 2 other kiddos while we are in the hospital).  Ordered thanksgiving dinner to just pick up and heat.  Planning on staying home for Christmas too to avoid germs/illness since flu and RSV have been so bad.

We’re going to both side of the family’s Thanksgivings and he hasn’t been born yet… either I’ll hold him the majority of the time or I’ll be a hawk telling everyone not to kiss him especially anywhere on his head!

I'm due Thanksgiving Day so we made no plans to go anywhere and plan on doing nothing if we're not in the hospital.

Due date is the 25th so not too worried about exposing my baby as she may not even be here then or if she is too soon to even have a thanksgiving. If you’re worried about that and you have family who don’t respect your wishes then I wouldn’t go anywhere.

It depends. I’m due on thanksgiving day and live with my in laws in their basement while our house gets built and our house is “finished” in early December 🥲
If my baby is born before thanksgiving, I would want to stay downstairs. 
I know only immediate family would join. Like about 10 people would be there, I would not want to join them upstairs for those reasons, avoid sickness and it may be too early for me and baby.
