Postpartum Pelvic Girdle Pain
Hello! I’m about 3.5 months postpartum and I’m struggling with PG pain. As in, I struggle just to flip from one side to the other in bed at night because the pressure it puts on my pelvic bones/joints feels like they’re about to crack or break. When I’m walking it feels like one wrong step and those bones are just going to shatter and I’ll fall to the floor. Is this normal this far postpartum? Does it ever go away? Are there exercises I should be doing to strengthen the ligaments or tendons around it to help?
