Do you see it, or are my eyes seeing things that aren’t there?

This was yesterday morning at 12 dpo. Additional pictures in the comments. Supposed to start tomorrow but nothing is here yet. I also tested on a digital test last night and it came back “not pregnant”.

Also, I had a miscarriage 4 years ago -our first baby. We found out 4 years ago Saturday, actually miscarried 4 years ago on Monday. Had a healthy pregnancy 1 year later. I think it’d be really bittersweet to find out about our last pregnancy around the anniversary of our first but I’m a firm believer in Gods timing.
