Turns out i had a chemical

Last Thursday, my period was 3 days late so i decided to test. I took a dollar tree test that immediately came out positive. I decided to double check with a digital to be sure, it came back positive. The next morning i took a third test, and it also came back positive. We were so excited and happy. This morning shortly after waking up, i started cramping and bleeding heavily bright red with clots so i went to the Er. Blood test showed my HCG levels only at 7. Nothing was visible on ultrasound either. Now I'm back home dealing with all of this. I'm so depressed and angry. We got our hopes up for nothing and it's breaking me. I don't even know what to do.
