Bedtime help with 2 yr old

Anyone’s 2 year old not sleeping through the night?? Mine hasn’t slept through the night in at least 3 months. and I don’t know what to do to help, he used to be a great sleeper and not wake up at all up until 3 months ago. I even tried moving his room around. He’s in a toddler bed, I just don’t know what to do and I’m exhausted and I can see it in his little face he’s tired too lol helppp 🫠😊

Also to add: me and my husband take turns each night sitting in his room while he sleeps, do you think it would be better to let him go to sleep alone? Which if that’s the case how the heck do I do that without him crying and banging on his bedroom door LOL
