Workplace drama
I’m 18 weeks now and have finally gotten the nerve the nerve to email the owner and upper level management about the news. I don’t have an HR department so I had to go about things differently with my company. Let’s just say they’re not exactly the most trustworthy of companies or ownership and I can’t help but feel that they’ll find a way to fire me somehow. I’m trying to document things as much as possible in case that does happen. Any advice is welcomed!
