Question

They tingle and sting a little bit and I woke up this morning fine but few hours later I noticed this. How can I get rid of it? There’s like 3 of them close together and I think I’ve had these before but I would just use a pin and pop them and fluid came out. That was before where I didn’t kiss anyone. I’m just freaking out because I’ve recently traveled a bit and I got a random kiss from people that I wasn’t expecting. The last kiss was maybe 18 days ago. 
How can I treat them? And get rid of them asap?!!

Looks like cold sores which are a form of herpes but not the same strand as genital herpes. You can buy OTC medicine called abreva and it’ll help it go away. There isn’t anything out there that is a 24hr fix unfortunately but the abreva can help speed up the process.

Cold Sore. I’ve gotten them forever and I’m 22. I keep so many things in my bag because they appear at random moments. There are times I’ve woken up out of my sleep because I feel the tingling.
Tea Tree Essential Oil, put on a q-tip several times a day and apply.. should be gone enough in 2 days. 
Abreva is really great but takes a little longer.
I have a chapstick I wear daily that attempts to keep them at bay also… any chapstick with Lysine.

Cold sores are a form of herpes. This is herpes simplex 1. 
 Cold sores are contagious, the steps to take to prevent spread is to avoid touching it and touching your eyes, genitalia front and back. If you are applying abreva cream, use a q-tip for application. 
Avoid sharing utensils or drinks with anyone. Especially kissing and oral sex.  And wash your hands, especially if you feel that you may have accidentally touched it. 
It doesn’t go away in 24hrs. Depending on the person, it can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to fully heal. 
Abreva cream helps speed up the recovery process. Especially when applied in the first stage of the breakout which is the tingling sensation. 
After when it heals completely, I recommend to re-wash the pillow case and to use a brand new toothbrush. 
But don’t worry, herpes simplex 1 is fairly common. 
And you’ll be okay!

d get a prescription for valtrex (valacyclovir). They also sell clear patches you can cover them with and even use makeup over it.
