Could I be pregnant

Hi everyone, this is a bit long but please help.

So just over a month ago (13th October), I almost had sex. He didn't have a condom but he did put the tip in. Couldn't go all the way for reasons and we stopped there.

I am on birth control, and I still went to go get a plan B just to be safe.

I did get my period in October and it was normal. But I know conception can take a while. I got my period again this past week but it was a bit late, very light, and only lasted like 2/3 days which is not normal for me.
