when do you guys take your fasting sugar dietician said longest block of sleep, obgyn said 8/12 hours since last meal, mfm dr said before you eat breakfast?
If I do it when I get up to pee it’ll be like 106 5am go back to sleep wake up It’ll be like 830am 94 do some house chores eat breakfast around 9am before I eat it’s 83 so like which one is to go by it’s all very confusing to me
