Ovulation issue

Hi all,

Wondered if anyone can help..

I have been using clear blue ovulation tests & on CD 9 I got the flashing smiley (high fertility) then CD 11 I got my peak, I test 2 days after once the smiley went & it went back to a single circle (low fertility) & for some reason I wanted to test again today & I got a flashing smiley (high fertility)

I’m really confused & cant find much info about this on google, does anyone know what this means. Am I going to be ovulating twice this month?
