Advice or reassurance needed please about poorly baby

We all have some kind of cold/virus in our house and my son who's just turned 1 is really struggling with it. He's never been this ill before and it's heartbreaking to see.

He has a slight temperature, Runny nose, cough and I think he's now got an eye infection probably from getting snot in his eyes.

He went off his milk the first day or two but he's starting to drink a bit more now although still not as much as normal. And he just wants to sleep all day.

I'm giving him paracetamol/Tylenol, cough syrup and a nasal spray for his nose.

Just really need someone to say this is all normal and I shouldn't be concerned? Or any advice? Like is it OK to just let him sleep as much as he wants or should I be waking him?
