I don’t have a picture because they didn’t ask this time, but I had a fairly large banana shaped gestational sac. Couldn’t see much but reflection because I’m only 5w6d. But the rest of the fest sacs I’ve seen for individuals seem much smaller?! Is it possible I’m having twins and do not know yet?!
