Ovulation and constipation

Ok so I know it may be a little TMI, but I want to know if anyone else gets the same thing I do.

So I’m going to lead with the fact that I only have one ovary (surgery years ago removing the other one because of a teratoma). Whenever I ovulate, I get the typical ovulation cramping and some spotting (totally normal for me). However, it’s not every month, but around the day before I ovulate, I get constipated and then finally poop around evening time. During the day, though, the “ovulation pain” is quite worse, but after I poop it’s 100% better than before.

Does anyone else experience something like this??
