HCG levels rising too fast?

Question

Im 5w1d and HCG Levels aren’t just doubling but they are tripling and quadrupling!! Should I be concerned??
I tested the following: 
Nov 15: 51 IU/L
Nov 17: 182 IU/L
Nov 20: 993 IU/L 
This is my first pregnancy so I’m not sure if this is good or bad? Thanks 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Mine has done the same and I’m measuring 6weeks and I only have one baby
