Hormonal headaches/5dpo?

I'm 5dpo, I know you don't get symptoms this early which is why I'm skeptical but I suffer from hormonal headaches.
Without fail I have a headache the day I ovulate and the day before my period. From 3-5dpo I've been having these hormonal headaches, they are horrible. They're so painful.
Could these be signs my hormone levels are climbing to potentially support a pregnancy?

Your body prepares for a potential pregnancy every cycle after ovulation. That can cause headaches in some people. But it doesn't mean anything in terms of chances of pregnancy this cycle. Your body goes through this routine every cycle regardless of whether or not you'll end up pregnant.

I get period migraines and my doctor told me it was most likely due to my birth control pills having too much estrogen. She was right. We changed my birth control and my period migraines went away.
