What does cholestasis feel like?

I’ve been so itchy I could barely sleep yesterday, can’t stop scratching my palms this morning. 
It’s also winter and cold here  🤷🏻‍♀️ 
How did you know? Also is it urgent like I should go in today, or is bringing it up at my scheduled appointment tomorrow ok?

When I was diagnosed with it I was itching all over my body, the urge to itch took over me and I wasn’t able to function unless I took an oatmeal bath. If you’re having symptoms tell you OB and they should test you for it! as it can be very dangerous the last trimester

Hormones can cause itchiness . Cholestasis normally causes extreme itching on mainly hands and feet and a sharp pain in upper right rib area.
