I'm 35 years old and my family has never had any holidays traditions, growing up I remember my mom would cook a simple meal but we wouldn't even all eat together, my 2 brothers would eat in their rooms or at different times so I never really got to experience a cheerful holiday. I always told myself that if I ever had any children I would not be like my family I would do my best to make it memorable for my kiddos. I just had my first daughter in march (she was a complete surprise to us) We have been married 12 years and just had our first but my husband doesnt have any idea either, up until this year we've always gone to our friends house for dinner on these holidays.

I really want to make our own traditions that our daughter can grow up remembering and loving and just make them special but I dont know how since I never had that growing up. I would love to hear your holiday traditions for Thanksgiving and Christmas if you could please share I would truly appreciate it ❤
