Postpartum post

If you had a one year old or two or whatever at home and you brought home your newborn, in that healing stage where you aren’t supposed to pick up over 10 pounds what did you do? Did you lift them anyway? I don’t have stitches but obv the postpartum bleeding is what I’m worried about. I hemorrhaged during birth and ended up having a transfusion to help cause my numbers got really low.. so I’m worried it’ll pick the bleeding up and I’ll hemorrhage again..
