White spots on nipples
Is it normal to have these white, wart looking spots on my areola? I’ve read these are called Montgomery glands to help while breast feeding. But my youngest is 4, and I stopped breast feeding before she turned 1… is it normal to still have them? Do they ever go away and how do you get rid of them??
