6w4d high hcg, light brown discharge

Yesterday marked 6 weeks and 4 days for me. I had some minimal brown discharge one evening last week when I wiped and then again last night. I had a miscarriage in the beginning of September but my doctor cleared us to try again right away after my first cycle. Obviously it worked right away, but having some brown discharge is giving me major anxiety flashbacks. My hcg yesterday was 59,082. I am having morning sickness, fatigue, breast soreness, and aversions. I was prescribed progesterone to start today as well.
