does it sound like autism?

my sweet girl just made 3 in October. she still babbles a lot like baby talk when trying to say full sentences. BUT she’s smarter than I thought. she knows all of the alphabets, she knows numbers 1-10, she knows maybe 10 colors, she knows shapes, certain animals I can imitate an animal and she can tell me who it is. or I can say what sound does this animal make and she tells me. she does know who people are like me and her dad grandma etc and her sister as well. she does walk in her tippy toes but she gets that from me bc I do it as well. i’m just concerned about her learning slowly. I know all kids are different just wondering if this should be mentioned to her doctor to have her evaluated?
