First trimester late night snacks?
Anyone find any good late night snacks for 1st trimester?
Something that’s quick, protein-packed and preferably easy on the stomach.☺️
Here’s what I’ve tried so far: cheerios (current go-to but not filling enough), rice chex (same thing), pita chips (not always appealing bc of salt) and almonds (quickly becoming 🤢🤢🤢🤢).
