Can I use this name?
My partner and I like the name Logan.
However, my Dad has custody of his girlfriends grandson, who is also called Logan.
Can I still use this name?
Keeping in mind that I have not seen or spoken to my Dad in 2 years. He has met my oldest daughter once and has never met my youngest daughter.
