PCOS help

I’m a 20 year old female and I have PCOS and I’m on a low hormone birth control because the rest is to much for my mental state, but should I be doing something more if I want to make sure I’m able to have kids and I never have a period. I had a period of 5 days March of 2022 then missed all the way till August 2022 and still have not had one. What’s your opinion? It sounds bad but I feel like not having a period is a blessed and a bad thing because I’m not “normal”. :(
