Yeast Infection @ 28 Weeks

I finished up a 10 day course of antibiotics for a sinus infection on Wednesday and thought I was in the clear. But then I started getting yeast infection symptoms later Wednesday night. My OB’s office has beeen closed because of the holiday. I started using a cream in Thursday night, and it seems to be helping a LITTLE. But this morning I’ve had some spotting when wiping. Is that just from the yeast infection? Wondering if it’s something worth going to emergency (I’d rather not if not necessary) or if I can wait to call my OB on Monday.
