Is this Evap or am I pregnant?

Okay so I’ve been taking metformin for a month now for pcos. My period was supposed to start the day after thanksgiving but I thought it has started the day before. I’ve had pink blood on and off since then but nothing more. No cramping or anything. So I took a pregnancy test just to see if it could be implantation bleeding. When I took it it looked like it was negative so I threw it away. We left for a few hours and when I came back I looked at it and it looked like this…… is this just a evap or could I be pregnant
