So as I previously mentioned in an earlier post one of my coworkers is making me uncomfortable and trying to alienate me etc. today she bought Starbucks for everyone but me and she also keeps moving my coat from one side of the rack to another . She is using special tactics to make me feel isolated and small. I told my supervisor about these things and he said why don’t I say something however given the previous incident and the way she confronted me I don’t think she is a reasonable person. She also walked in on me and my supervisor having a private convo about her so idk if she bought him Starbucks to buy him over or something… what should I do ? This adds pressure to an already long workday and I’m not sure if I’m comfortable going to my supervisor with this anymore.. any suggestions??
