Threatend Miscarriage!

TW.. Hello, so I’m 14 weeks and was diagnosed with a threatend miscarriage. I went to the ER because of bleeding like period bleeding to the point I soaked up pads within minutes and they diagnosed me with a threatend miscarriage. I had a few tiny clots while bleeding but they said the baby is fine and the baby still has a heart beat but it’s still a chance I could eventually miscarry. So it’s been 2 days since I been to the hospital and the bleeding got lighter. Even tho im bleeding a tiny bit and not like how I was before, do you think I still might have the chance of miscarrying?
