It's hard

Hello I'm difficult time conceiving I have lupus I have went to see my gynecologist and they say I'm ovulating just fine and I can get pregnant I am 34 and I have been trying for the last 3 years is anyone have a autoimmune disease and having difficult time conceiving also what is some things that you have done to help you conceive. I'm going to set up another appointment and let them know that it's been at least 4 months now and I'm still not conceiving thank you all
