Ovulation window

I’m wondering because before my predition fertile window here on premom app was 11/7-11/11 so we BD but look at my test, it’s not that high. Then when I check my health app on my phone my predition date was 11/21-11/25 so we BD again. But look at my tests in this prediction dates it was more accurate and I got my peak. Is it possible that I ovulated around 11/21-25 not the first one? Please help me figure this out. I have abnormal cycle since I have pcos and I just got off from pills last July.
