Nipple discharge from piercing or lactation?

Sorry if this is a dumb question this is my first pregnancy. I am 18 weeks and one day and I had nipple piercings for a little over a year. I took them out when I was 7/8 weeks along. They usually close up all the way by now. I’ve never had discharge for this long after I took a piercing out so I’m just curious about what it could be 😅

I don’t think it’s from your piercings, I have this too (don’t have nipples pierced) and I have no idea what it is! Lmk if you find out 😂

This happened to me my doctor told me to use POLYSPORIN and it has worked wonderful!

I took mine out prior to having my second n he’s 2 and I’m pregnant with my third and I still get this Idn wut it is or how to fix it lol mine doesn’t come out like that it just is a super small dot on either side where the bar went into lol if u figure it out please lemme noe lol
