Horrible pressure..

I’m 24weeks and 2 days and I’ve had the worst consistent pelvic pain/pressure since yesterday… this is my 5th pregnancy but 3rd baby, I also lost a pretty large piece of my mucus plug today and I’m super nervous, with my first I had a scheduled c-section because he was breech and with my second I was able to have a v-bac, because my first was scheduled I only have knowledge about labor with my second and my water broke with him so I didn’t really have any other symptoms… I guess I’m just asking for advice or what I should do?
