Spotting on and off for 2 weeks …

Had period around 8th of November … then spotting around 20th on .. and still do no cramping , I do have clots and the bleeding isn’t heavy and it’s mixed from brown / bright red / light pink and not enough to fill a pad . But my concern is could this be anything else I have a history of UTI and also gave birth 7 months ago . I am on the pill been taking it regularly ( combo pill ) I just don’t want to reach the point I end up in ER I’m going to call my DR tomorrow but just wanted to see if any other ladies have had experience with BC pills and light bleeding . I’ve googled it and it is normal but on my case I may have a UTI
